Whether you are trying to respond to a funding or business opportunity, the structure, style and expression of your proposal are a major influence on the intended audience. When the contents dove-tail with the expectations of the funder and articulation underscores the need and rationale, there is a higher propensity of conversion. It is an accepted fact that clear, concise, structured and well-articulated proposals get better results. In many ways. they also communicate the strengths of the organization not only in the words chosen, but the very structure and organization of the proposal.
